Pilates & Conditioning for Dancers (non-dancers welcome)- This class dives into the technical training dancers need to improve their alignment, flexibility, and strength through technical cueing and a continuous flow of choreography that will keep you moving, and dripping in sweat by the end.
Pilates Fusion- This Pilates based mat class is designed to strengthen and tone your entire core and improve your posture through a continue flow of exercises. As a bonus, this class will also work to lift and sculpt your glutes and tone your arms.
