Group Classes

  • Barre- This low-impact, high intensity workout will strengthen and sculpt your glutes, core, and total body while utilizing exercises from ballet, Pilates, and yoga.

  • Pilates & Conditioning for Dancers (non-dancers welcome)- This class dives into the technical training dancers need to improve their alignment, flexibility, and strength through technical cueing and a continuous flow of choreography that will keep you moving, and dripping in sweat by the end.

  • Pilates Fusion- This Pilates based mat class is designed to strengthen and tone your entire core and improve your posture through a continue flow of exercises.  As a bonus, this class will also work to lift and sculpt your glutes and tone your arms.
